At AOVOPRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Free Returns

We are pleased to offer free returns for all eligible items. Please contact our support team at sales@aovopro.bike to initiate your return. We will provide you with instructions and a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to our facility.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sales@aovopro.bike with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund.
